Spooling Gear is an important part of level winder device of winch or water reel or coiled tubing unit.

 

It can ensure to wind the wire rope or cable or hose or tubing onto the drum or reel correctly and smoothly and evenly. It can improve winch technology level and extend the wire rope life.

 

It is non-standard product. It is custom product. It is designed and manufactured according to customer’s drawings and customer’s requirements.

 

The material may be ASTM 4140 and HB 240-270 or ASTM 4045 HB 240-270 or according to the customer's individual specification.

 

The material can be authenticated by CCS, ADS, NK, LR, DNV according to customer’s requirement.

 

The reversing grooves and the thread grooves on the shaft are very smooth.

 

The tongue of nut we designed and made is a special arc. It will fit with level wind screw very well. The customers don't need manual grinding the nut tongue to fit with the level wind screw when they assemble the winch.

Besides the selectable pitches in the list we can also process many more special pitches to meet the design requirements.

 

The surface of the shaft is smoothed by grinding machine or is smoothed and harded by roller.

 

It can be transported by sea or by air according to customer’s requirements.

 

We are specialized in the spooling technology of winches. We know winch spooling device operation rule and design key. If the customer provides the distance between two flanges of winch drum and the diameter of rope and the diameter of spooling shaft to us, we can design the pawl travel distance, pitch, turns, under-cut, drive ratio of chain transmission for the customers.

 

We have manufactured many level wind screw shafts and spooling nuts for our clients. Our customers are mainly distributed in eastern Europe, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, and Oceania, etc.
